The Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order and The Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations require all non-domestic premises to hold a current Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) which is regularly reviewed. One of our qualified and experienced advisors will work with the ‘Responsible Person’ or ‘Duty Holder’ to consider the range of hazards associated with the location and activities as well as current management arrangements, preventative measures and emergency response. We will then produce your bespoke Fire Risk Assessment with prioritised recommended actions to enable compliance in line with the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order, Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and the associated Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
